Business Events At the Waterfront
At the Waterfront is the perfect place to host your business meetings, conferences, luncheons, or seminars. We offer a wide variety of catering options, rental audio and visual equipment as well as high speed wireless at no extra charge. Whether you are hosting a large conference for 120 or a small meeting for 15, At the Waterfront can meet all of your needs. Our chefs will work with you to create a custom menu that fits both your ideas and your budget. For pictures of the facility, please visit our photo gallery. At the
Waterfront is committed to providing you with an exceptional experience. We
will do everything
we can to accommodate you, however, we must receive a
guarantee upon booking your event. A deposit of $100 is due immediately in
order to guarantee the date you have chosen. This will be deducted from your
final invoice, assuming there are no cleaning or damage charges. The deposit is
refundable up to 2 months in advance. Half of the estimated hosted food and
beverage charges are due one week prior to the event.
At this time, you must provide your final guest count. The
balance is due the day of your event.

Meeting Room Rental Fees - (4 hour rental period)
- $175.00 room fee without food ($40/hour after 4 hours)
- $125 room fee with catering < $12.00 per person ($30/hour after 4 hours)
- $100 room fee with catering from $12.00 - $20.00 per person ($25/hour after 4 hours)
- Waived for catered events > $20.00 per person

Food and beverage prices may be subject to change due to availability, season, and market fluctuations.
A maximum of 120 chairs and 10 tables are provided.
A 15 person minimum is required.
All prices are subject to 6% sales tax and all food and beverage prices are subject to 18% gratuity.
We are a full service catering facility and therefore no outside catering is allowed. The exceptions are cakes and mints.
A final number of guests must be confirmed within one week prior to the event. The number becomes your guarantee number for which you are billed.
We are a non-smoking facility.
